If samples are available, Alexa will confirm your request and offer email updates. To check availability, say, “Alexa, Send Me a Sample,” then ask, “Which samples are available?”

HIP TIP: If you don’t have an Alexa device or are still having trouble, you can download the Alexa app for your phone. You can then ask Alexa through the app or type your request and responses via “Message Alexa” in the app. To qualify for samples on your Alexa device, open the Alexa app, click on the hamburger menu at the bottom, select Skills & Games, type “Sample” in the search field, and then choose “Send me a Sample.”

Hi there! Our team just tested to be sure, and this sample is still working. You’ll want to be sure you have “Send me a Sample” set up on your Alexa-enabled device (this would include connecting your name, address, etc. for the samples). Once that’s done, head back to your Alexa and say “Send me a Sample” first to be prompted to say the Drunk Elephant sample afterwards. 💕
